Leerdammer® Original or Leerdammer® Light.
1 stick of celery
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsps. rapeseed oil
1.Peel the carrot & cut into fine strips. Wipe and chop the celery
2.Mix the lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper, a pinch of sugar and the rapeseed oil.
3.Add the vegetables to the mix and stir.
4.Slice the baguette open, butter lightly if desired, add a slice of Leerdammer® Light and top with the celery and carrot salad.
5.Add celery and chervil leaves to garnish.
