Crunchy carrot & celery with smooth Leerdammer sandwich
- 1 carrot
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsps. rapeseed oil
- 1 baguette
- Celery leaves
- Leerdammer Light®
- Peel the carrot & cut into fine strips. Wipe and chop the celery
- Mix the lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper, a pinch of sugar and the rapeseed oil.
- Add the vegetables to the mix and stir.
- Slice the baguette open, butter lightly if desired, add a slice of Leerdammer® Light and top with the celery and carrot salad.
- Add celery and chervil leaves to garnish.
