Pizza Hearts with rocket pesto & pine nuts

Ingredients
- Packet of Pizza Base Mix
- 40g Pine Nuts (set aside a few for garnishing)
- 2-3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- Bag of pre-prepared rocket (or 2 large bunches)
- 4 Large Tomatoes, sliced or 10 – 12 cherry tomatoes
- 6 – 8 slices of Leerdammer® Original
