2. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales). Entrants must be aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Bel UK and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
3. Entries
4. Entry to the promotion can be made once per person.
5. Entry to the promotion may be made by emailing promotor with answer to the question found in the promotional email.
6. Emails must be sent to this email address: leerdammer@glintmedia.co.uk
7. Fifteen winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
8. Entries must be received by midnight on the 19^th December 2019. The promoter is not responsible for lost, illegible or misdirected entries. The judge’s decision shall be final.
9. The winner will be informed by email by 23rd December 2019. The winner will have ten days from notification to respond. Winners must send a valid UK address to Promoter in order to receive their prize.
10. Prize
11. The prize is 10 free packs of Leerdammer, given in the form of vouchers to redeem in all participating stores, wrapped in a. The vouchers can be used towards the purchase of an 8 slices pack of LEERDAMMER ORIGINAL or LEERDAMMER LIGHT subject to availability. Only one coupon may be used per product purchased, in participating retailers (excluding Northern Ireland). Coupon are not redeemable online. Coupon may not be used against any other product. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Copied, damaged or defaced coupons will not be accepted. Coupons are valid until 31/03/2020.
12. The promoter accepts no liability whatsoever of any damage or loss or earnings that may be caused by any prize awarded in this competition. Statutory rights are not affected.
13. If the winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize, or if we are unable to locate the winner, within 3 weeks, using the contact details supplied by the winner, then the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
14. The prize is as stated and is not transferable or negotiable. No cash alternative will be offered.
15. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost or delayed as a result of any computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
16. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. Agreement to these terms in no way overrides entrants’ rights under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
18. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
